Car Alarms: 1992 dodge dynasty, dodge dynasty, orange wire

Can you tell me how to disable the anti-theft device on my dynasty.  I hit the locks on the door and now I can't get it started.  It will start and then goes off.

I do not think this is the factory alarm but the alarm in the 1992 Dynasty is located above the glove box.  There is a lt green/orange wire in the driver's kick panel that goes to ground when you unlock the driver's door with a key.  This is the factory alarm disarm wire, putting this to ground should disarm the alarm permanently.
