my car won't start because the alarm is blinking.how can i fix that problem?

When you say the alarm is blinking, are you referring to an LED light blinking?

If there is an after market LED installed there should be some type of switch mounted in the vehicle, typically under the driver's side dash that if switched with the ignition key in the on position will disarm the alarm.  This puts the system in valet mode allowing just the convenience features of the system to remain operable.

If it is a factory installed system, simply turning the key in the driver's door to unlock should disarm the alarm.
