Car Alarms: Viper car starter, exact model number, car starter

As of about 5 days ago, my car starter no longer works.  The remote is still fine, the lights go on when I push the button to start the car but it never starts.  I can unlock and lock the car fine with the remote.  Do you know what might be causing this problem?

Do the lights flash once or multiple times?  Do you have the owner's manual for the system?  There is a diagnostics procedure that you can do, and read the LED flashes to tell you what caused the system to shut down.  If you do not have the owner's manual, post the exact model number and your email address and I will see if I can find it and forward it to you.
