Car Alarms: sidewinder, exact model number, alarmtek

Hello, I've bought i used car and it comes with the a sidewinder alarm and starter, the problem  that i am having is that the remote doesnt responde.
one night I disconnected the battery accidentally during the whole night and when i tried to started  it in the morning, it didn't do anything, then i connect the battery but also when i tried again didn't do anything, I've been trying to do lots of combinations but the remote still not  responding.. i would like you to help me maybe you have the manual or some tips that can help. in the back of the remote has some numbers maybe it can help: FCC ID:EZSDEI475

Without the exact model number of the brain, I cannot supply the exact manual.  The model of the brain will be on the brain itself, somewhere under the dash.  However, most DEI remotes program the same way, take a look at this manual and see if it works.
