Thanks for the response-the Honda is history now.  I am willing to pay a few houndred or more-whatever works best when she gets another car.

My daughter's car (Honda) has been stolen twice!-she is in Denver.  The insurance co. totaled it and is giving her a good amount but  now she needs to get another car and also advise on a very good system and where she can get one installed.
She can't do this anymore.  Thanks

I can't offer any advice on where to take
it, but I can offer some good prices on a system
or 2 that would be easy for any installer to do.
