Car Alarms: Remote Start 1975 Ford Elite, power door locks, aol instant messenger

Question
Thanks so much.  I am currently at work but as soon as I get home I will try to reach you on the AOL Messenger.  Is the remote start you recommened the best one you have,(meaning the best range and best set of features) I will also need to know of a shop locally that will professionaly instlal this at a resonable rate.   I spoke with you on the messenger a few weeks ago and told you I had to check with my wife before getting this.  I just got the okay.  Thanks so much.  Also will the vacumm switch you are refering to for the carborated engine interfere with getting normal maintainence on the vehicle.

I have a 1975 Ford Elite.  Can you tell me what I need in order to add power door locks and trunk funcitons and I want to get the remote start model that has the greatest transmitting range.  Thanks
Answer -
This car is not familiar, but from the year,
I am guessing from experience that,
you will need to make manual doors,
power assisted, a trunk release
solinoid kit, a vacume switch to make
a carborated engine remote start,
and a remote start, keyless
and car alarm combo with great range.

I have just what you need.

The Galaxy 5000 rsw 2 2way system=169.95
(3000 ft range)
1 vacume switch=39.95
1 trunk solinoid kit=25.00
1 central door lock kit=49.99

I just looked up the Elite, and it is/was made here
in a limited series. My first suggestion was correct,
and it the prices are as well.

Whenever you are ready.

Answer
I appreciate the vote for expert of the month.
Most kind.

As far as an installer in your area, please let me know
where that is. If I have anyone to suggest, they
would be listed at www.installhelp.com.

But if you want to work together on getting this
installed, I would be glad to assist.

Have a good day.
