Car Alarms: dodge aftermarket viper alarm, dodge dealer, dodge intrepid

i have a 01 dodge intrepid with a viper alram. now my problem is that when the system arms one of the door locks (rear door) doesnt open or close .. i was wondering if that had anything to do with the alarm or is it something to do with some kind of relay .  thanks for the help

This is a single wire door lock system, and
controls all doors. If the rear door is
not working, it probably is not the fault
of the alarm. Have it checked at the Dodge
dealer (since it is only affecting the 1 door.)
