Car Alarms: Maxima 2000 tach wire, remote starter, imput

I need help with tach wire and remote starter.
I connected tach wire wh/green from inst. cluser to my remote starter but it don't work. I checked this wire and it was 0.02-.16 V. what should i do?

Answer
You need to contact the people you bought the remote
starter for support. I really can't say what to do
in this case. It comes under the responsibility of
the people who sold it to you to
assist you in installing it. It
also may have a tach learning procedure
that is only on that system, so the best
thing here is to contact them
for some imput.
