Car Alarms: auto alarm, cresent moon, ford explorer

I recently bought a 1998 ford explorer with an aftermarket alarm system installed.  The remote has 'THORNE' on the back and is shaped like a cresent moon with 2 green buttons.  The alarm system works fine but locks the doors automatically after aproximately 30 seconds.  I want to turn this function off and also only one of the two remotes work.  What kind of documentation do you have available and can I get a replacement remote?  Where do I look for the main control module and how do I disable the auto door lock?

you have. Then try to locate the company to get
these issues solved. I personally have not heard
of this system, but I am certain you that you would
need the manual to get the procedure to go into
"active" arming mode. But I don't know the procedure
unfortunately.
