Car Alarms: re:Prestige APS-996, hand advice, tursi

I purchased & had installed a Prestige APS-996 alarm. The owners manual is not very good. It's difficult to understand, it just doesn't seem to explain about the 2 switches,the remote buttons etc.Do they have a website or do you have anything more explanatory?

It's made by AUDIOVOX  www.audiovox.com  and
is a fine system. To get specific info on it,
write to my tech friend there in charge of
the installation support office for these products.
