Factory Car alarm goes off without notice/reason usually after locking doors after the car has sat for awhile...any solutions/diagnostics for the problem? If not, any way to disable the alarm? I really dont need it..

Difficult car, and will require 2 relays and resistors
to effectively cut off the alarm. Not an easy task.
Locate the Lt.green/orange wire from driver's door
or dk.green/orange from passenger or,
catch either at BCM located behind right side dash.
Use a positive (+) trigger thru a 940 ohm resistor
to arm, and a positive (+) trigger thru
a 470 ohm resistor to disarm.

Must use relays. In this case,
use only the set up for DISARM.

I would have a pro do it if I were you.
Not an easy fix for this car.
