I have a Kenwood DNX7100 receiver installed in my 03 GMC Envoy.  Can I run the Power Bass WB10 Kickerbox off of the receiver?

If you're asking if you can run it without an amplifier, then the answer is a most certain no.

If you're asking if the DNX7100 has the ability to run the subs with the help of an amplifier, then the answer is absolutely!  Your deck has a remote out, and 3 sets of lineouts, of which you'll require one set to run your subs.
