Car Stereos: my front speakers arent putting out any sound, problem thanks, stereo system

I have a sony explode stereo system in  my car, the back
speakers work fine, however i cannot get any sound out of the
front...i was wondering if you could tell me why that might be

Hi Brian,

There are a few different things that might be causing your problem.  I'll need more detailed information to help you, though.  Can you please submit a follow-up question, and tell me:

-What's the year, make and model of your car?
-Do you have factory or after-market speakers?  If after-market, did you install them yourself?
-When did the problem begin?  Did the front speakers ever work?

If you can supply more details, I'll try to help you figure out your problem.
