Car Stereos: hyundai 6 disc changer, fuse box, load button

Question
My grandson put a cd in without pushing the load button, i got the cd out but now it doesn't play cd's. What do i need to do to fix the problem?

Hi Steven,

Unfortunately I don't have a quick fix to offer; it's quite possible that the unit will need to be repaired.  The one thing you can try is to "reset" the unit by disconnecting the power for a few minutes.  The easiest way to do this is to remove the head unit's constant power supply fuse in the vehicle's fuse box; but disconnecting the negative battery terminal will also work.  

This is far from a cure-all, but it sometimes will get a CD player working again, and costs nothing to try.
