I don't think so.  All OEM stereos only have factory plug outputs.  Even if they are low watt preamp wires, they are stilled wired into a factory plug.  To get RCAs to your amp, Splice into the speaker leads and use a line level converter that will turn your speaker level wires into Line level RCAs.  Hope this helps, Scott
