Yes,  there is a line level adapter that you can buy.  If your aftermarket amplifier does not have a built-in adapter, they do make adapters that you plug your speaker wires into one side, then RCAs come out the other side, and these adapters are usually adjustable for the input capacities of your amplifier.  I do recommend keeping factory stereo, because factory stereos are usually superior to most aftermarket stereos.  Hope this helps.
