I have an after market radio and it appears to be working, but no sound comes out. Had it for years, no problem before.

Hi Carolyn,

Many aftermarket decks have separate fuses for their internal amplifiers.  If this fuse has died, you'll get no sound output.

Another option is if it's an aftermarket system, is there also an aftermarket amplifier?  Check that aswell.

Also, if there's a factory amplifier, check the wiring and operation of it too.
