Car Stereos: CD Player, dodge durango, fuel pump

I recently had my 05 Dodge Durango serviced (bad fuel pump...car was disconnected from the battery).  My stereo system is no longer recognizing my CD player.  When I hit Mode its as though the CD doesn't exist (I can hear the CDs loading when I get in the car however). Everything else on the system works.  Could it possibly be a fuse or do you think its something else?

That would suggest that some wiring might have gotten jiggled loose.  Definitely not a fuse.

I'd suggest fixing the place were you had it serviced and advise them that the CD player is no longer function since they serviced the vehicle.  It's their job to ensure everything that was functioning when they got the vehicle continues to function after you get it back.
