Hi Ashton,

According to what I'm reading, your deck has 2 sets of outputs.  One labelled subwoofer, and one labelled line out.  Using these, you can hook up two amps.  You could also split the outputs, at the cost of lower signal to the amplifiers.  Or use speaker level outputs.

So the short answer is yes you can. You'll also want to split the remote wire and connect it to both amp's turn-on.
