Where is the fuse for the radio in the 1999 Toyota Camry?

If I remember correctly, the '99 Camry has two fuse panels.  One is by the driver's left knee underneath the steering wheel, and another is under a plastic cover on the driver's side of the engine compartment.  The radio fuse should be in the one inside the car.  Pull the panel off, and the list of fuses should be written on the inside.
