Car Stereos: Kenwood Factory Codes, kenwood cd player, battery terminal

I recently disconnected my positive battery terminal.  After I reconnected it my Kenwood CD player ask me for a 4-digit code.  I've lost my manual that came with it.  I would like to get the factory code to unlock it if possible.  Thanks

ussually those codes are not in the manual, ussually you need to select a code for anti-theft if you bought the radio used try checking with the previous owner, or try calling kenwood's customer service and explain to them your problem there is a way to override the anti-theft protection but i dont remember how to, we unlocked a in dash dvd kenwood in the past but the instruccions on different models its not the same.
