Car Stereos: cd changer, 2006 dodge caravan, dodge caravan

I have a 2006 Dodge Caravan with a factory 6 cd changer. The changer won't work. It will not eject, load  or play cd's. Is there a problem with these changers of which you are aware?

Hi Rick.

You know, ive had more people asking me about factory stuff then that aftermarket i guess factory tends to brake more often, i think its because factory its mass produced and made with cheap components if that answers your question.
