When it started? Who started it? How long was it around ? What was the History of it

Sorry for the delay, i've been ill. As far as Nascar International I have never heard of separate organization outside of the main branch of NASCAR.

All i could imagine you are thinking of is the fact that NASCAR raced in Mexico two years ago, and Montreal one year ago.  Is this what you had in mind?
