What is the record time for a pit stop in the History of NASCAR?

I don't believe there is a stat for the fastest pit stop ever. There are 43 pit stops going on at every caution of every race. Just never heard of NASCAR keeping track of EVERYBODY'S pit stop speeds. I can tell you that a FAST pit stop is in the 12.0 second range.
