BMW Repair: BMW 318i engine warning light and SRS light, check engine soon light, o2 sensors

I currently have the SRS light that is on. What could be the problem?

I addition my engine warning light goes on and off. I can drive it 50 miles with no problems (light does not come on ) and there are other times the light flickers. Engine runs fine. When the warning light comes on the other lights start to go dimmer. Any ideas??

SRS is for the seat belt /airbag system.  Could be anything from a switch on the seat to a seatbelt to a malfunction of the airbag system.  No way to get the codes without special tools

engine warning ("Check engine soon"?) light is likely emissions related...possibly O2 sensors.  Most autoparts stores will run a diagnostic and let you know.
