BMW Repair: brake lights, brake light switch, 1995 bmw 318i

Question
I have a 1995 bmw 318i.  how do i get to the switch of my brake lights to see if the switch is the problem i have no brake lights and the bulbs are good all of my other lights work ??

Tony, There is an updated style brake switch that I would install. There is some under paneling under the pedal assembly. Remove the plastic panel with a philips screw driver and you can access the brake light switch that the brake pedal contacts.
