how do I get to the driverside turn signal to replave burnt bulb...

Hi Perry,
If it is the rear turn signal, open trunklid, remove bulb carrier by pulling at the lock/tab in the middle and proceed to replace the bulbs.
If it is the front, open up the front hood, look for a hole
at the top of the area where the turn signal assembly attaches, and there could either be a screw inside which you loosen but not detach
to be able to pull out the signal light assembly, then turn the bulb socket to detach it and replace the bulb inside; Or, there is a tab inside which you depress with a screwdriver while pulling out the light assembly.
