I am sorry to say that I think you have no other choice.
If you think that the head anyway is most probably cracked, then damaging it further may not be a big deal.
But if you can soak it further with penetrating oil and then borrow a 3/4 or 1 inch impact wrench, then you may be able to get it out. At its worst, if the bolt breaks, you can drill and easy out it later.
It is a hard decision to make.
