BMW Repair: brake repair/740il (99), pinch pennies, brake rotors

Question
Need to speak to someone as to what I should order for repair of front brakes They are ABS.
Metalic pads vs others?
other parts needed-calipers? etc.

Ron you need a set of new front pads, a pair of new brake rotors, and a Brake pad wear sensor. I am partial to factory brakes because they work extremely well. Remember don't cheep out on saftey items on your car. Pinch pennies on other stuff no this.
