BMW Repair: Replacing the medallion on the trunk, rubber grommets, flat head screw

I have a 1991 5 Series and the medallion  paint is peeling. I bought a new medallion, but have no clue how to install it.

 It's very simple to replace.  The emblem has to posts that slide down into rubber grommets, that's it.

 Take a flat-head screw driver and try to pry the old emblem up.  BE CAREFUL of the paint around the emblem, if you dont put a rag or something around the screwdriver, you will chip the paint.

  Once the old emblem is pryed off, press the new one back in... and your done
