BMW Repair: Burning Oil, burning oil, mobile one

I have a 99 M3, 80K miles and runs very good. It is burning oil like crazy...no visable smoke. I'm using 5-30 Mobile One. This seams to be a serious problem...what do you think is wrong? Help please.

Is it burning it or leaking?5-30 Mobile one is a synthetic oil,if you have any leaks or hoses cracked it will draw in extra unmeasured air by theses leaks.Pull a plug and see where the build up of oil is, wether it be intake side or crankcase side(mark the top of the plug so you know where the top is when plug is removed)
