GMC Repair: Buick turn signal, auto body shop, mechanical shops

left turn signal works just fine but when I try to push up the right signal I see no light and the lever will not stay up.  It keeps popping back down.  Is this some kind of warning that a bulb is out.  I am hoping for an easy fix.  Thanks

Jack what happens is the rod that is on the turn siganl is off or broken/The only way is if you can take the covers that surround the steering column off then check the rod and springs. I you cannot get to them call a auto body shop cheaper than mechanical shops insurance rates prevail. good luck and no its not a bulb its just not clicking in that position.
