My Yukon XL's passenger side AC vents are blowing hot air.

Sounds like the Passanger side tempeture door actuator is faulty.
You CAN take it to a good repair shop and have the HVAC controller scanned for codes.
It MAY help in diagnosis, but I would suspect the actuator.
