GMC Repair: a/c problems, buick regal, regal ls

Hello I have a 98 Buick Regal LS.  Starting yesterday the a/c only cools on the passenger side.  The dual system is no longer working as well. Could this be the compressor, a fuse out, or do I just need freon.

Unless you have a HUGE difference in temperatures (eg.. cold on one side and like the heater on the other) All you'll need is a freon charge.
Get the shop that charges your car to add leak detection dye to the system, so you can locate the leak and have it repaired in the future.
