GMC Repair: car not accelarating, opel corsa, fuel pressure

When pushing accelerator does not move especially on steep hills...lacks power...what could be the problem

Not knowing exactly what or where an Opel Corsa is from, I would suspect 2 things
1) Fuel pressure, it may be loosing fuel pressure on an incline.
2) Catalytic Converter, as stated, I do not know if you have one on that car, but it could also be a problem.
