Maf sensor cleaned right?

To clean the MAF sensor properly, follow these steps:

Locate the MAF sensor: It is usually located in the intake tract, between the air filter and the throttle body. Consult your vehicle's service manual for the exact location.

Remove the MAF sensor: Disconnect the electrical connector and carefully remove the sensor from the intake housing. Be careful not to touch or damage the sensor element.

Clean the MAF sensor: Use a MAF sensor cleaner or isopropyl alcohol to gently clean the sensor element. Spray the cleaner onto a clean cloth and wipe the element in a circular motion. Avoid touching the sensor element directly.

Let the MAF sensor dry: Allow the sensor to air dry completely before reinstalling it.

Reinstall the MAF sensor: Once the sensor is dry, reinstall it in the intake housing and reconnect the electrical connector.

By following these steps, you can properly clean the MAF sensor and ensure accurate airflow readings for optimal engine performance.
