American Motors: 71 AMC Javelin brake conversion, disc brake conversion, amc javelin

We are in the process of restoring a 71 Javelin SST.  It has manual drum brakes, we want to convert to power 4 wheel disc.  I am have not been able to locate any kits.  Do you have any suggestions?

I don't know anyone offering a rear disc brake conversion.
However, I have heard of people using a complete rear end assembly form a Lincoln Versailles, with disc brakes.
