American Motors: 2000 chrysler grand voyager se window motor, chrysler mini vans, chrysler grand voyager

how do i change the motor in my 2000 chrysler grand voyager se i bought the part but cant figure out how to get to the motor. it is the driver side motor.  ps.. i hope this is the problem the window wont move up or down any more it works occsionally tho if i bang on the door. it will move about a inch... any ideas?

I specialize in vehicles manufactured by American Motors Corporation, that includes names like Hornet, Gremlin, Pacer, Matador, etc. My only experience with Chrysler mini vans is when I helped a guy push his off of the road after it stalled.
