Audio Systems: Year made

Hi I have a General Electric Clock/Radio model 7-4305F and it's date code is 3238. I would like to know what year it was manufactured.

I have no idea.  Manufacturers during that era used corny coding systems that only the manufacturer could decipher; and they changed the coding system every few years.  I did a google search and found a forum on the subject that might be of interest to you.

Some times the date code is buried in the serial number.  This site may be helpful to you.
