Audio Systems: malfunction ford 6 disc radio, ford cd6, for cd changer

Question
Have a 06 expedition with 6 disc changer there are 3 disc stuck in lower slots of changer I have taken it out cleaned conectors and tried to find any stuck gears or slides every time u reconnect power is says no cd then u try to load one its makes a little movement noise and the says load error like a stuck gear but not sure where to look please help. Thank you

You have to remove all the trays , and make sure there is nothing inside  
install all 3 springs hold them up and install the tray one by one at the end the metal plate and hold it with the springs sometimes that solve the problem
if the radio don't work you can purchase a rebuild cd changer  from here oemautosound
