Audio Systems: GM OEM Ceiling DVD Install 2004 Suburban, 2004 chevy suburban, chevy suburban

What do I need to install a ceiling mount GM OEM DVD player with flip down screen in our 2004 Chevrolet Suburban? The ceiling DVD unit is out of a 2004 Chevy Suburban.  The DVD unit does not come with the DVD remote control and wireless headphones, but they  appear to be avialable on line from many sources for 2002 - 2006 Suburbans.
I don't know if the DVD will care, but our Suburban has a GM OEM AM FM CD Cassette radio with OEM remote control unit in the back of the floor console that is between the two fronts.
