Audio Systems: telephone/audio system, voice controls, control aspects

I have a 2000 Mercedes 320E that has an old telephone/audio system. It is a Mercedes installed system at the dealers. The old cell phone is no longer supported by cellular services, but the audio radio/CD and voice activated controls and steering wheel controls are functioning (except for the phone). I have an iPhone smart phone that I would like to interface via bluetooth and also combine the audio and voice control aspects. What are the best options to get back to the full hands free and voice control that I had, but upgraded for iPhone and bluetooth?

There is nothing that can do it the close kit will do ipod controls from the radio and bluetooth audio only and  it is over $700.00  none of the audio voice controls will work
