Sorry, I have no idea.  Here are some discussions others have filed on the forum.  But, I think your first step is to contact a Volvo dealer.

I have heard that if you leave the radio in the ON position for a couple of hours it will then come up with a code request, then enter 6666.  Don't know how reliable that is but worth a try.
