QuestionI have a 2006 Taurus and I have had the Tape Adapter for bout a year now. It has worked great untill two weeks ago. It will spit the tape out and say err. It will play a regular cassett. ow can i solve tis issue? i have cleaned the heads with a head cleaner, but it spits out that to.
Answerthe tape player in your vehicle can detect if the tape is going to have a problem or it will get stuck, like broken film to lose to tight
that is the reason why ford void the radio warranty if you use 90 or 120 minutes tapes,
this is the same for the ford Taurus or the mercury sable and some escorts with the oval radio
stay away from the tape adaptor or fm modulators
the best way to input audio into a ford Taurus radio is by using a auxiliary audio input interface, perfect clear sound,
use this interface

if you don't want to lose the cd changer or if you have the external 6 disc cd changer
you can use this triple auxiliary audio input interface
