Audio Systems: Speakers, chrysler 300 m, replacement speakers

I have a 2000 Chrysler 300 M.  It has 3 1/4 speakers on the front doors by the windows.  Where can I find replacement speakers for this no one seems to have these particular speakers or even know about the the audio system is Infinity. Please help.  I live in Manchester NH

I found some data at Crutchfield:
The 2000 300M has 6 3/4" from the factory in the front doors from what the charts show.
They are a trust worthy source so I would call them if you have any questions.
