Question2002 Ford Explorer XLT, under 30,000 miles, cd player is reading, cd error, door is open, & I can see a cd sitting up a little. It won't eject, or change cd's, what advice do u have. I do not have money for a professional repair @ this time, so any advice you have to get the cd player back working again, I would greatly appreciate it.
AnswerThere is nothing you can do to fix the radio,
the unit needs to be replace or repair, i been installing radios for 20 years
and i have open 3 of this and took my time end result was a lot lose parts and a lot more damage, this radios are not easy
