QUESTION: Thanks for the response. If you are referring to the metal screw which seem to be holding the antenna base to the car body... that is where I'm having a problem. There are some ridges on the top that looked like ridges for some sort of screw driver. That is what I'm having a problem unscrewing. Is there a sort of special tool to remove that screw? Nothing that I useed seems to fit. I even used a flat head screw driver and tapped on it but the screw just will not turn. Is it possible that it has seated itself solid over the years?
Answeryes there is a tool for that, i have a remove a few and don't have that tool
