Audio Systems: setting clock on DEH 1700 Pioneer car stereo, pioneer car stereo, pioneer website

I have tried all the suggestions on the pioneer website and I still can not set my clock.  Can you help?  If not can you direct me to someone who can?

Go to page 13 once you have downloaded the manual above and it will give you a more detailed clock adjustment procedure.
