Audio Systems: 01 eclipse ipod, infinity system, mitsubishi products

Hi there. recently bought 01 eclipse with the infinity system in it. i pulled out the head unit to see if there were any inputs and only found the one for an external cd changer. through the web it seems like there are cables for hooking my ipod up through this. will this work and do u know what pin size it would be...thanks for the help!

You will need an adapter kit to provide the conversion to  feed the iPod.  Here is one that should work - and you can google for others that may be less costly:
