Audio Systems: 1998 Cadillac Deville, auxiliary input adapter, electric antenna

Question
Would the + and - inputs for the cell phone in the factory radio harness be available for and aux input.  Factory radio with cassette player with no cd or changer.

the radio needs to see the phone module to open the ports
samething with the cd changer port
the cable is in the trunk right side near the electric antenna look for a 10 pin plug
